Hello hello hello! Today is an exciting day! The Museum of Science and Discovery has FREE admission today from 10am – 5pm. They are showcasing their Eye of the Storm exhibit and in doing so, making entrance completely FREE!
This is beyond great as this museum is so awesome for anything science, math or geography related. They have lots of exhibits and something fun and cool to see or experience for the entire family.
FREE doesnt happen often so I encourage you to take advantage of the day’s offer!
According to their website the Eye of the Storm event seeks to educate families about the natural phenomenon of hurricanes and how to make sure that your family is adequately prepared for it. They will also feature interactive demonstrations and have presentations by the National Hurricane Center and you can meet local TV meteorologists and present a weather broadcast together.
I will be taking the kids here so I’ll post on our experience, but take the kids out! Get some sun, have some fun and learn in the process!
